Ordering and Shipping

How to order:
1) Online Shopping Cart - click on "quick view" on the figures you are interested in to quickly add those items you wish to purchase to your cart. Please note the quantity once it is in your cart.

When you are ready to check out, you will have the option to pay through Paypal or credit card. Please note that Paypal processes our credit card payments. You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card. Simply walk through the checkout ("View Cart") and enter the correct information from your credit card.
2) Order Form - You can mail or fax your order to us using the order form PDF below. Never email order forms with credit card information (email is not secure). If you wish to email us the order form, call us with the credit card information. Click Here to Open PDF Form or insert your order information to submit below.
3) Phone Order - Give us a call and we'll get you sorted out! Phone calls are welcomed. We're happy to answer any questions!
We happily accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are accepted with prior approval.

Orders up to $49.99 - Flat rate shipping: $8.00
Orders over $50.00 - Free domestic shipping
Please Note: Storage items and flags are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us for shipping rates.
International:
All international orders are carefully packed and shipped first class international (USPS) if light enough or Priority International (USPS), so you pay the lowest possible postage! If you require a different shipping option, please call or email to make arrangements.
Canadian Buyers: please contact me prior to ordering for better shipping rates, as the shipping calculator overestimates costs to Canada.

Delivery Schedule - Most orders ship out the same day if submitted by 3:00pm EST.
Please note that while we keep many items in stock, we may not have multiples of every figure. Delivery of your order may take an extra couple of days while we wait on manufacturer orders to arrive. Some custom figures may take 60-90 days to ship. If you have questions regarding delivery dates, please write or call.
